You have run something end to end: a product line, a business unit or a company of your own. You write clearly, decide from numbers, and can hold a technical conversation without writing the code.

The connectors and pipelines a system stands on: CRMs, custodian and administrator files, marketplaces, sequencers. Reconciliation engines and the exception queues behind them.
What we look for
Python and SQL you would defend in a review. Tests before trust. You have moved real data between systems that disagreed.

The step where the model reads and extracts, the checks that tie every claim to its source, and the evaluation sets that tell us how often it is wrong.
What we look for
You have measured a model, not only prompted one: labelled data, agreement, precision and recall. Schemas, audit trails and a human in the loop where it matters.

02Internships

Internships, tied to real projects.

Not only engineering. Each internship is scoped to one or more projects with named deliverables, based in India: Gurugram, or remote within India.

  • ProjectsOne or more, each with a named deliverable, agreed before you start. How many depends on the work.
  • PayPaid. The stipend is agreed in writing before you start.
  • HoursPart-time during term, about 15–20 hours a week, or full-time in breaks.
  • How you workAlongside a principal, with a weekly review. Never alone on client work.
  • AfterwardsInterns who do well are the first people we talk to when a full-time role opens.

You would work onPipelines, connectors and tests on our own systems: replay for a data pipeline, a reconciliation engine over two sample sources.

  • Is every role open now?Each role shows its status. Roles that start with client work begin when a project needs them, and we tell you where things stand when we reply.
  • Internships outside engineering?Yes: GTM systems and research, finance and operations, the founder’s office, and writing. See Internships.
  • Do you hire for quant or trading roles?No. OPSPHI builds systems for clients and does not build trading strategies or execution for them. If your background is market infrastructure, the systems and applied AI roles are where it transfers.
